Ans: Find an item that interests you and add it to your cart using either the check-boxes from a search results page, or the 'Add to Cart' buttons from any item info page. When you have chosen the items you want, you can review your cart by clicking 'Edit Cart' or clicking the cart icon which appears in the top-right corner of every page.

Ans: You can remove items from your cart when you are in your shopping cart. When you are in 'Your Cart', use the check boxes to select any items you wish to remove and click the 'Remove' button. Selected items will be immediately removed from your cart.
If you have added a subscription product to your cart, you may edit the terms of the subscription by clicking 'Edit' where it appears next to the product description.
